Pros: The location is perfect for me because I travel with a car. There is free street parking, a small mall next to the building which covers all the necessities (Lilly, Pepco, Pharmacy, Pet Shop and a McDrive if you are a fan of fast food). There is a pretty decent coffee bar across the street. Very easy to drive and navigate to the city center, very easy to arrive to the location coming from outside of Belgrade. The rooms are decent, the furniture is new, everything is clean and covers all of your needs. Good wifi, decent shared bathroom, the building and the neighborhood is new, quiet and safe. The host, Anja, is great, the check in instructions are helpful.

Cons: I cannot find something I did not like. Maybe having a supermarket in the location’s proximity would be great, but there is a nice Lidl just 5 minutes away by car.

Overall, my stay was wonderful — everything was super nice and comfortable.

Pros: The location is excellent: close to the tram line, buses, shops, and cafés. Everything is nearby and very convenient.

Cons: Everything was great, I really liked it. Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The room was exactly what I needed - quiet, bright, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was shared with just one other room. The interaction with the owner was nice too. Considering the price, it was a great deal and I'd definitely stay there again!

Cons: It is quite far from the center, but there's a bus stop right next to the flat. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, nothing horrible though

Pros: Everything was great! The host is a very responsible person. I like the check-in process. You don't need to meet anyone, you can just take your key in the special box at any time.

The best first experience I could ask for

Pros: Booking issues resolved excellently, essentially upgraded with an unchanged price, which makes this possibly the best value for money ever, not just in Belgrade, even under normal circumstances. A room and king-sized bed for yourself for the price of a hostel. Host was eager to communicate and gladly helped with details - soldiering through a bit of a language barrier. Amount of flexibility regarding check-in and check-out was also pleasantly surprising. Overall tried her best and succeeded in making my stay more comfortable than I could've imagined.

Cons: Room neighbours were a slight nuisance during the last day of my trip: with the walls being very thin, I could listen along to their music until midnight with a 5AM wake-up time. Apartment is a bit confusing to find at first, but the host will gladly help you navigate through the block. Distance from the inner city is around half an hour with public transport - not an issue for a university student like myself used to commuting, and expected with the lower price, but something to keep in mind. Blinds were seemingly broken, again not an issue during the winter, but something which'll hopefully be fixed by summer.

Super accommodation, location, price and friendly host !!

Pros: Those rooms are SUPER ! In a single room beside part with bed there is a 2nd part with a wash basin and toilette. In addition to a bathroom and a kitchenette are shareable. I also had a balcony. The view to Belgrade skyscape is excellent. There is central heating and air-conditioner. Everything is clean, and very convenient. Price is quite affordable. The location in New Belgrade (Bežanija) is perfect: half way between the airport and the old Belgrade city (bus line 72). Various places in New Belgrade are 20-30min away with very frequent busses, and the old Belgrade city approx. 45min. Around the corner is a big supermarket, MacDonald's, and two bus stops in a direction of the airport - a green market with plenty of food shops (bakery, grill food). The host is very friendly and forthcoming. Hvala Vam mnogo, gospodjo Anja!
