Pros: Very comfortable, quiet apartment, ideal for both solo travellers or couples with exceptional interior and fully equipped for perfect getaway. 10/10 will recommend.

Pros: I really like the location: a small house with only 4 apartments, one of the windows faces the tiny garden. Quiet street, ~5 minutes to the bus stop, ~30 minutes to the center of Belgrade by bus. Plenty of grocery stores around, a few pharmacies, a bakery, very nice restaurant Gigo literally next door. The apartment has all the necessary stuff, including a microwave, electric kettle, cooktop, tableware, kitchenware, and washing machine. Never met the landlady in person, but she was very responsive to calls & messages. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Cons: When I arrived, dust was on almost every flat surface, and someone's hair was on the floor. I had to wipe the closet before putting my clothes in. The cleaning lady came the next day & did her job, but honestly, she could do better. The sewer pipe in the bathroom was leaking, the balcony door handle was half-stuck, the pillows in the bedroom required replacement. It feels like the owner did a nice renovation a few years ago, but failed to keep the apartments in good shape. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, but it's typical for Balkan houses. 3 of 4 windows face neighboring building's walls, so it was quite dark inside. It might be cold in winter: the only heat source is AC in heating mode. Bathroom photos are taken in different location: same layout, but different furniture & hardware.

Pros: Nice location, away from the loudness of the city. a lot of parking places near. good internet.

Pros: Имаше всичко ,което ни беше необходимо .Нямаме забележки. За нас беше важна локацията.Имаше и места за паркиране.Прибирахме се вечер ,така че слабата осветеност на апартамента не ни пречеше. Имаше чисти хавлии и винаги топла вода.Уредите бяха в изправност . Настанихме се в уговореното време.

Cons: Вътрешната стая беше малко подтискаща,но за нощуване не е проблем.

Comfy, pleasant stay

Pros: All ammenities are as mentioned. Parking was not dedicated but there was always some space available and free in front of the building. Spacious and comfy for 2. AC unit is working perfecly and is able to cool/heat the room quickly. Dining area is a table with stools which turned out to be great as a working area.

Cons: Not that much natural light as 2 out of 3 windows are directly next to another building so it can feel a bit dark and closed. While appartment was clean, toilet was a bit clogged when we got there but the owner provided us with a plunger to fix it.

Pros: Izuzetno lak dogovor. Apartman ušuškan, miran, odlično opremljen, udoban.

Pros: Raspored soba i udobnost kreveta ,neznam da li bi ste mogli da mi ponudite cenu za prodaju

Pros: Lep raspored prostorija i iskoriscenost maximalno kvadrature stana

Cons: Mozda je za 1m mogla da bude duza spavaca soba nego sto je ako su zidovi pomerljivi a ni to nije manjkavost kada imate pored sebe osobu lepseg pola. Onda Vam bilo sta ne smeta.

Pros: Apartman je bio besprekorno cist. Lokacija mirna. Tople preporuke.
