Pros: Cozy house, nicely decorated, good location for exploring Kosmaj. Kind and helpful hosts.

Cons: Garden and both rooms looking at the main road, not as quiet as expected. Checkout was at 11h, not 12-16h, as listed here.

The villa is located in a beautiful part of Kosmaj, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged — it’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care and love into every detail. The spacious terrace and the beautifully maintained yard quickly became our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening wine. It’s an ideal place for families or friends, but also perfect for couples seeking privacy and tranquility. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our entire stay went smoothly without a single issue. Košutica Villa is a place we would gladly return to — a heartfelt recommendation to anyone looking to truly experience the beauty of Kosmaj!

Pros: Prelepo uređena kućica sa predivnom, toplom i ugodnom atmosferom – pravi osećaj planinskog odmora. Sve odiše pažnjom i stilom. Domaćini su izuzetno prijatni, srdačni i uvek spremni da izađu u susret za sve što je potrebno. Topla preporuka!

Pros: Sve nam se dopalo ,uzivali smo u boravku. Kucica je udobna,lepo uredjena i odmah smo se osetili kao kod kuce. Domaćini su divni , gostoljubivi ,sa sobom smo poneli puno lepih uspomena i jednu malu kucu. :)
