Friendly staff and good location near great places to eat.

Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful - especially our night staff who did a great job at organising our early breakfast and finding us a Taxi.

Cons: The hotel is quite echo-ey so bring some good earplugs.

Pros: A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Belgrade – peaceful and pleasant, with a garden straight out of a fairy tale. The entire hotel is a perfect blend of traditional and modern. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The French-style restaurant is highly recommended, even for those who are not hotel guests, and the food is fantastic. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. Overall, 10/10.

Pros: Even though I arrived before my check-in time, my room was ready and they gave me the key immediately. They kindly answered all my questions and were very helpful. The staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. I didn't encounter any problems. The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. Quiet and safe place. Its central location made it easy to get to many places, with many spots just a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast was reasonable and tasty. If I were to go back to Belgrade, I would choose this hotel again.

Very enjoyable experience. Excellent customer service and terrific food options on the menu.

Pros: We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and warmth offered to us upon our arrival. The food and service at the restaurant on our first night was of an excellent quality and we would recommend. Hotel Jardin was also located in an ideal location being so close to the city centre.

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet and safe street not far from the city centre and bus stops. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the bathroom had a small window. Breakfast had sweet and savoury options including ham cheese eggs vegetables salad, croissants and fruit. Staff was really friendly, welcoming and they helped me with the taxi. Recommended.
