Pros: Great hotel - once again I am convinced that it is an excellent choice. The rooms are clean and minimalist, and the location is very convenient. I especially enjoyed the restaurant on the top floor as well as the varied breakfasts. I would also like to say a special thank you to the Guest Relations team for this visit. The attention and care they showed for our celebration are truly hard to overestimate. All of my requests and preferences were taken into account, and I am very grateful for that. I will definitely come back again

Loved it!

Pros: Very clean and spacious hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The spa area is large, with a beautiful swimming pool. I loved the gym - they even provide boxing gloves, which is rare and a great bonus.

Outstanding service, wonderful staff, and a stay we’ll always remember.

Pros: This stay honestly exceeded all of our expectations. Everything felt effortless, warm, and genuinely thoughtful from start to finish. Aleksandra was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to make our stay better in every possible sense. The level of care she showed, she truly went above and beyond and deserves a raise! We honestly can’t thank her enough. Katarina and also the front office ladies were also fantastic; all of them made sure our stay was extra special and memorable. You could really feel that they cared, not just that they were doing their job. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming. Having worked in a 5-star hotel myself, I can confidently say this was a real 5-star experience. The service was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back.

Pros: The hotel has a very good location and is convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness was good, and the facilities are well maintained. The rooms and common areas are comfortable and functional. The breakfast offered a sufficient variety and was generally enjoyable. Overall, the staff were polite and professional.

Cons: The main issue was the service at the lobby bar. The bar staff were handling bottles in a very aggressive manner, almost throwing them while preparing drinks. This happened multiple times and caused us and other guests to feel uncomfortable and startled. This kind of behavior does not match the standards expected from a hotel of this category. While the breakfast selection was adequate, the overall quality of some products could be improved.
