Unable to use the spa..

Pros: The hotel was really nice and the people at the reception very kind, special thanks to Diana for the nice recommendation on dinner!! The apartment was really spacious and clean which made our staying a nice experience!!!

Cons: There seemed to be some confusion concerning the spa services... We were told we could use the spa but when we tried to the door was locked from a family that was inside, when they opened the door there was this feeling that they had to go out of the spa in order for us to get in and the sauna was not in operation and there was no willingness from the person that was at the reception desk at that time to operate it so we decided not to use it. ...

Nice stay in Belgrade

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring a soft mattress and high-quality linen that made for a restful experience. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a small but pleasant swimming pool and a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would like to compliment the staff for their kindness and helpfulness—they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, such as allowing early and late access to the swimming pool for exercise. Their assistance in ensuring my lost luggage was delivered safely to the hotel during my absence was greatly appreciated.

Cons: On the more cautious side, it is worth noting that the hotel is located quite far from the city center. While it is well connected by public transport, the journey took about an hour each way, which should be considered when planning activities. Additionally, the swimming pool is designed more for relaxation than for swimming, as the water temperature was exceptionally warm, making it difficult to swim comfortably.

Loved this place totally

Pros: It's a lovely friendly hotel and the pool is an absolute bonus in Belgrade! The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. It is exceptional value for money. We had a recommendation for a local restaurant within walking distance and that was excellent.

Cons: It is not far from the airport but at rush hour it's really congested on the road out. This however would not stop me staying there again.

Friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable rooms

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds / pillows very comfortable. Hot and cold options available for breakfast with plenty of options. Location good for the airport, motorway to Novi Sad and getting into Belgrade.

Pros: Very good location for transit travelers. Pets friendly.

Very nice place

Pros: It'a a very comfortable place, the rooms are big, nice spa/pool area ☺️ Maybe the area is not the best touristic area, but it has everything - restaurants, shops, parking options, public transport - for us, it was ideal, we didn't want to stay in the center. Very good value for the money.

Fine hotel during travel

Pros: Good localisation, spacious apartment, fine swimming pool and tasty fresh breakfast - ideal hotel for travellers to Greece or Montenegro

Cons: On arrival day ( around 5-6pm)staff was quite unpleasant (during next morning everything was fine), cleanliness of the room 6/10

Perfect choice, great value for the money

Pros: Wonderful personnel, make you feel like home. They fulfilled all our requirements with a smile. Tasty breakfast , clean, peaceful. Perfect!

Affordable, clean, good breakfast!

Pros: The receptionist was very welcoming. Super big room. Breakfast. . 24 hours reception. There is a place to eat sandwiches/pizza.. open 24 withing walking distance.

Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice pool, sauna in some rooms. Good to relax, decent breakfast.

Cons: It is far from the Belgrade city centre and during the weekend it is sometimes difficult to get a taxi.
