A good solution for accommodation in Zemun, but bear in mind that you'll have to wait and be patient

Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel at good location. The hotel offers a free parking space.

Cons: At 1:30 a.m., the fire alarm was activated. For a long time—about half an hour—my husband and a guest from the apartment could not figure out how to deactivate it. No one answered the contact phone number, and our child was very frightened. Also, no one informed us that there would be no breakfast on Sunday; we were only told at checkout.

Boutique hotel near river

Pros: Boutique hotel, very comfortable room and bathroom with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Cleanliness is at an enviable level.

Cons: The TV receiver was not working in the room. The iron provided is extremely poor quality and cannot properly press clothes. The breakfast is exceptionally bad; the hot food is overcooked and/or burnt.

Perfect location and comfortable but lacking the personal touch

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, handy to the waterfront, restaurants and other main attractions in Zemun. We had a spacious room and the bed was comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. It is an attractive hotel, with a nice ambience, but let down by a few weaknesses.

Cons: We felt that personal service was lacking. The reception is only staffed for limited hours, and that makes it difficult to get support if you need it. When we went for breakfast around 7.15am on the first morning, there was no sign of life, despite the official breakfast time being 7 - 10am. Around 7.30am somebody appeared, to apologise for breakfast being late. The fried eggs were over- cooked and not hot, so overall we were underwhelmed by the breakfast. These little things are what hospitality is all about, and what separate truly great hotels from the average.
