Pros: The apartment was recently renovated and everything felt fresh and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and overall, the place was excellent—I have no complaints. The balcony was a great spot for socializing, and the location was ideal, with plenty of buses and quick access to the city center. Parking was never an issue; there was always a spot available, even shaded ones.
Cons: The apartment is on the 6th floor, and while there is an elevator, it’s quite old and didn’t feel very reassuring to ride. The kitchen could also be a bit bigger—the stove is tucked into a corner behind the fridge, which made it slightly awkward to reach. But aside from that, everything was great.

Cons: Le seul bémol est l 'accès à la table de cuisson pas très pratique si on veut cuisiner sur un séjour plus long .

Muy cómodo, nuevo y con aparcamiento gratuito
Pros: El apartamento está totalmente reformado. Está limpio y hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito alrededor del edificio. La zona tiene muchos locales de comida rápida y un supermercado muy cerca. Además, hay muchos autobuses para ir al centro. Desde enero del 2025 los autobuses son gratuitos, también para los turistas.
Cons: El ascensor es tremendo, da miedo, al igual que las zonas comunes, que están todas viejas y sucias. El día que llegamos ardió un contador de la luz y vinieron los bomberos. La cocina es enana, tiene muy poco menaje y le falta un microondas.

Ev çok temiz ve konforlu, konumu çok iyi.
Pros: Ev çok temiz ve çok konforluydu, evde her şey var. Çamaşır makinesi, ütü, saç kurutma makinesi, klima, Anahtarı çok kolay aldık, eve çok rahat girdik. 4 kişi kaldık. Fiyatı çok uygun.
Cons: Asansör korku filmi gibi, onun dışında her şey çok iyi

Świetne miejsce na weekendowy wyjazd do Belgradu.
Pros: Mieszkanie po remoncie, w pełni wyposażone do pobytu, czyste, ładne. W kuchni garnki, naczynia i wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowania podstawowego posiłku. Blok jest wiekowy ale bardzo cichy, nie słychać żadnych hałasów z sąsiedztwa. W okolicy market, sklep mięsny, dużo punktów z jedzeniem ulicznym, kantor. Okolica bardzo spokojna, bezpiecznie można zostawić auto. Czasami parking bywa zatłoczony ale zawsze znajdzie się jakieś miejsce do parkowania bez opłat. Cena adekwatna do jakości.
Cons: Winda jest ciasna i wymaga wymiany. Dla osób nieprzyzwyczajonych może być problemem korzystanie z niej. Początkowo podchodziłem z rezerwą ale potem jeździłem nią cały czas, ponieważ alternatywą jest spacer na 6 piętro :-)
