A cozy home in the centre of Belgrade! ♥️

Pros: Zoran is an excellent host who communicated promptly. The home has all the amenities needed for a decent stay. The location is perfect, with Pioneer Parking Garage across the road if you have friends coming over and need to park their vehicle. The apartment requires you to go down a bunch of stairs before arriving to the apartment which does have a lift for your convenience. No smoking inside which is perfect and a rare find in Belgrade. Close walk to Trg, Knez Mihailova, Hotel Moskva, Mts Dvorana and Hram Svetog Save, Church of St Marko and Vaznesenje. Excellent public transport connection. A 24hr supermarket is 400m down the rd. It's nestled in a quiet area. Highly recommended for solo or paired travellers. ♥️ Safe.

Pros: The apartment is very close (max 15 mins by walking) to each location. Zoran is very good and helpful person. Internet connection is also good. If you have a car, there is car park other side of the street.

Pros: Izuzetno čist i lepo opremljen apartman. Lokacija je odlična, u samom centru grada, ali nema velike buke tako da je vrlo prijatan za boravak. Do glavne ulice je potrebno 3-5min hoda. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan.

Cons: Sve je bilo u redu.

Our stay was simply perfect - from the attentive host to the ideal location and impeccable cleanlin

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. The location couldn't have been better - it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Despite being small, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the extra effort the host put in; when the temperature dropped overnight, they promptly brought us an extra duvet to ensure we were comfortable. Additionally, the nearby parking house, just a 5-minute walk away, offered convenient parking options. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Cons: No complaints at all - it was a truly wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever.

Pros: Great location, everything on walking distance. All most important places in Belgrade are near. Quite spacious apartment. Sufficient for a several weeks/longer staying.

Cons: Some worktable could help if tenant use laptop or write something.
