Spain 🇪🇸

Pros: A very modern and clean apartment with a good Internet connection and also a good shower. The living room is spacious and everything is quite new. The owner was really nice and welcomed us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us the property. She also messaged us a few times to make sure we were all right. The property is located 45 minutes away from the city center, but there are several buses you can take close by. It's a lovely flat and we had a nice time.

Cons: The kitchen is quite small and it still needs a few things for the guests to be able to comfortably cook a meal like utensils and pots and pans. The only bedroom is very small and it only fits a double bed that almost touches both walls. The pictures in the Booking profile that show the bedroom make it seem bigger than it really is.

Pros: Topla preporuka - savrsen smestaj za Beograd! Stan je bio izuzetno cist, uredan i prijatan za boravak. Posebno mi je prijalo sto sam mogao da se smestim odmah po dolasku zahvaljujuci samostalnom check-inu. Kvart je tih i siguran, a parking mesto mi je bas znacilo jer sam dosao kolima. Internet je odlican, krevet udoban, a TV ima sve potrebne opcije. Sve izgleda jos lepse nego na slikama. Domacica je ljubazna i dostupna za svako pitanje - sve preporuke i sigurno se vracam!

Ljubazna i susretljiva domaćica koja mi je dala sve potrebne informacije za lakše snalaženje.

Pros: Veoma ugodan ambijent za one kojima treba miran i moderan smještaj uz gromnu terasu i privatni parking. Rado bih preporučila ovaj apartman.

Pros: Ev sahibi hanımefendi harika biri. Son dakika ayarlamamıza rağmen bizi içeceklerle içtenlikle karşıladı. Ev çok temizdi. Banyosu harikaydı. Gece 12de otopark kapısına araç park ettiği için aracımızı koyamadık diye o saate 45 dakikalık yoldan gelip sorunu çözdü. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. Hem ev hem sahibi çok iyi ❤️

Pros: Urban Yard je upravo ono što je prikazano, vidi se uložen trud, sve je novo i čisto. Osoblje je više nego ljubazno. Svaka preporuka.

Cons: Sve je savršeno, jedino bih dodala neki deblji prekrivač, mada je sred leta pa se to ni ne očekuje da bi moglo da zatreba.
