Spacious Loft with one bedroom and a big terrace

Pros: We were four friends there for Euroleague basketball matches and the position is super, very near, only 5 minutes to walk and near to bus stop for go in city center.. The house is quite big and with all comfort. For what we needed (shower us and sleep) was ok. The host was not physically present, but very active with everything needed and information via WhatsApp

Cons: If you are not comfortable, there are no shutters and awnings for the sun, and it is located on the top floor (which is not a bad thing) but know that you will have to climb 81 steps 😂 steps also inside the house, one to access the living room and one to the bathroom.

Pros: Host was very professional. Location fantastic. Plenty of things are walking distance and if not, transportation is very simple.

Pros: I booked the place two hours before arrival and it was not a problem. The host texted me and we agreed to meet at the entrance of the apartment building. Even though it is the fifth floor (withou lift) it is worth going up so high, the view is great. The flat itself is really very spacious with comfortable bed in a separate room bedroom and a big sofa in the living room. I liked panoramic windows and a lovely ficus)) The kitchen is fully packed with all the necessary utilities. There are additional blankets and linen, towels if required. I do recommend this apartment for travelers.

Cons: The terrace/balcony I would recomment to refresh as it looks shabby and not attractive for spending time there.

Convenient location with a terrace

Pros: Responsive owner, easy check-in and checkout experience. We love the spacious living room and double AC on the facility. There is full equipped kitchen with espresso machine. Fast and free wifi, toilet paper stock and clean towels available. Convenient location which is close to grocery and restaurants. This place is exactly how it shown on the pictures.

Cons: I knew the absence of elevator during the time of booking but it was still challenge to climb

Pros: The location is really great once you put your car down. Until that it is a little bit stressful due to parking in the area. The host was excellent. It was spacious and (almost) had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here.

Cons: The water filterer and water boiler were not so clean (limescale). Only one big blanket was provided and we are a couple but don't like sharing one blanket. The sofa was a bit smelly.

Lovely flat. in a lovely area of Belgrade. Very happy with the Host Stevan. Warmly recommended.

Pros: We really liked the flat, it was bright and pretty and lovely view. Good size. I loved that Host met us to help us with luggage and give us key and show us the flat. We loved the flexibility of the Host Stevan, we could leave our luggage earlier than our check in time so we did not have to worry about bags and going around Belgrade with them. The flat was lovely, bright sunny, large and good distribution of the rooms. Great location. Good facilities, kitchen has dishwasher as well so it helps with house keeping.

Pros: This are nice roomy aparts with nice sunsets! Good location: big park is near, supermarket, bus stops and some cafes are also walking distance from house. Also it has cozy terrace, where our dog likes to lie due the day. A capsule coffee machine was a huge plus for my wife, she loved it! Moreover hosts were very kind always were ready to help

Cons: Sometimes we heard noises from neighbors Plus 1-2 times there was a bad smell from the bathroom (i think water seal is sometimes not working good in shower area). Putting a little of water in water drain solves the problem And please keep in mind what the apartment is on the last (5th) floor and there is no elevator there.
