Pros: Very cozy place, in the heart of the city. Everything is clean, place owner is friendly. The apartments have everything you need. It is quiet and warm here. Highly recommend!

Pros: Our stay was just perfect! I could say, better than I expected. We had the small apartment without the balcony, it was extremely nice and incredibly clean. There was all we could need, so functional. The position is awesome, in the heart of the historical center and right in front of the building there is a market where you can find some local Balkan food. The unique city view, there is a neighbourhood landscape with an antique industrial complex (renovated in bars, cafes and art spaces). The check-in and check-out was very easy and fast. Maybe if you open the windows for the night you can hear some noises from outside but there is an a/c and the windows are designed for this, being closed they cancel any noise possible. I am happy I chose this property for our short stay (and you know your choice is right when your mother likes it 😆).

Pros: The neighborhood is so nice. The apartment is cosy and clean.

Cons: There is no parking lot in the downtown, only in garages for 20 euros/day, which is okay, but it is an important information and it could be useful if we had that information earlier

Pros: It was in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of downtown. Excellent restaurants, bakeries, and markets were close by. The host was fantastic and very accommodating as well.

Cons: Overall, my stay was quite positive. However, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement: the balcony could benefit from some cleaning, as it requires some attention.

Great location, clean room, good facilities

Pros: Very nice room, good shower and the kitchen with coffee was a great plus. Very near to the hustle and bustle. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay for a few nights in Belgrade.

Pros: The location was perfect – close to major attractions yet situated in a peaceful area. The property itself was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped. What stood out the most was the warm and friendly service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return on my next visit!

Apartment

Pros: Location 7 minutes away from the center and practically next to many local bars and restaurants, perfect for entertainment. The apartment nearby is practically right next to the main attractions. Parking is available somewhere on the street, I didn’t check the exact situation. The apartment is clean, with a kitchen included, and everything else is excellent.
