Pros: The location is excellent, the apartment is new and comfortable, and it provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated that everything was very clean and tidy.
Cons: Unfortunately, the pool can only be used in the presence of the owner, which was not clear from the property description. Although the owner showed willingness to accommodate us (we gave his name to the pool reception), the rules were strict in our case, and we couldn't use the pool without his presence. It would have been better if this precise information had been available before our arrival because it is unrealistic to expect the owner to be present with guests during every swim. I believe the owner should remove the pool pictures from the listing; otherwise, it is misleading.

Right place to stay in Belgrade
Pros: The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The building has gym and swimming pool, location is very close to the city center and to the promenade. The receptionists were very helpful.
Cons: I liked everything, but cleanliness could be better.

דירה נעימה ונוחה, וכמה שדרוגים קטנים בתחזוקה ובציוד יהפכו אותה למושלמת לשהייה זוגית או משפחתית
Pros: דירה מקסימה בשכונת Waterfront החדשה שעל הנהר - מיקום מושלם! שפע מסעדות, סופרמרקט, ספר וספא ממש מתחת לבית, ובמרחק של כ-5 דקות הליכה קניון גדול. הדירה קרובה יחסית למרכז העיר ונהנית מנוף פתוח לנהר. הבניין מתוחזק היטב וכולל שומר, חניה פרטית ובריכה מקורה מצוינת (אם כי לא השתמשנו בה). מבחינת מספר חדרים וריהוט – הדירה מושלמת לזוג, נוחה מאוד ונעימה למגורים.
Cons: אפשר לשפר מעט את רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה של הדירה - בסך הכול המקום נקי וסביר, אך כדאי להקפיד על ניקוי יסודי יותר בתוך ארונות המטבח והמקרר. כדאי גם להוסיף אביזרים נלווים בסיסיים, כמו מרכך לשיער וקפסולות קפה (נשארו רק שתיים מהאורחים הקודמים, וזה כמובן לא הספיק). בנוסף, חסר מאוד מקום אחסון לבגדים: היה רק ארון תלייה - ללא קולבים וללא מדפים, כך שנאלצנו להשאיר את הבגדים במזוודה לאורך כל השהייה.
