Once will look good

Pros: Nice view , waterfront is very modern quarter with many cafeterias and restaurants

Cons: Description did not match reality! This apartmemt has not access to pool and fitness in the building not even if you are willing to pay. Fire stick TV did not worked. Upon arrival with car, you will likely spent half an hour looking for proper Garage entry and reception. Lastly, due to undergoing construction in this are probably next 2-3 years you can not benefit from long several km promenade along the river Sava as they put barriers in the middle area so you have 900m seamless sidewalk.

ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΗ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗ, ΜΙΚΡΕΣ ΑΣΤΟΧΙΕΣ!

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ονομάζεται Belgrad Waterfront, φανταστική θέα του ποταμού από το μπαλκόνι, μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές για οικογένεια! Όμορφα διακοσμημένο καινούργιο διαμέρισμα με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο ρούχων, παροχή λευκών ειδών (όχι η καλύτερη ποιότητα!). Στο κτίριο υπάρχει πολύ καθαρή πισίνα και καλό γυμναστήριο. Υπήρχε πολύ καλό κλειστό parking επί πληρωμή 20€/ ημέρα. Δέχονται πληρωμή και σε ευρώ. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Cons: Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν αυτή που θα έπρεπε (βρήκαμε άπλυτα πιάτα στο πλυντήριο και άπλυτα σεντόνια!). Ευτυχώς υπήρχαν πολλά προϊόντα καθαρισμού και καθαρίσαμε μόνοι μας! Επίσης η τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν δούλευε. Κρίμα, διότι αν αυτά βελτιωθούν αξίζει για 10!

Pros: Stan je dobro lociran sa dobrim pogledom, bazen je odma na par koraka od stana. Blizu je Tc Galerija, kao i dosta restorana, prodavnica..

Cons: Sto se tice samog stana, nije baš bio najbolje očiscen,mnogo se osetilo na duvan,deo u kuhinji se lepio, tv i internet nisu radili, nedostaje nekih sitnica što smo ranije u svim apartmanima(stanovima) imali. Po meni za takvu cenu sasvim skromno.Komunikaciju sa vlasnicom smo imali ali na šta smo se žalili nismo rešili, konkretno tv.
