PARK APARTMENTS Belgrade Waterfront

Great apartment, good location

Pros: Location is great, the flat is new with a great parking place (free of charge). Key you pick up from reception, easy and convenient. Apartment is big enough comfortable and pretty new. Just 3min walking distance is the Galerija Mall and the river side... really good for evening walks and some good drinks or just eating.

Cons: The cleaning of the rooms can be much better. But this is only a very slight issue and probably is not for everyone (walls can be cleaned and/or fixed where it needs - small details for a luxury apartment). The balcony door needs a proper fixing (just a 3 minutes work) to be able to open/close easily.

It was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was very good, No breakfast, The TV was not operable.

Pros: Minimal, comfortable,clean city apartment in the heart of the belgrad waterfront district . Miroslav is always available and eager to help you. Highly recommended

Pros: Very close to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. Also walkable distance from center. The house is nice and cosy. Some minor problems we had the owner was very attentive to help in every way. We would choose this apartment again for our stay.

Pros: A nice, modern apartment in a great location. Many places are within a 20‑minute walk, and the spacious parking is a big plus.

Cons: It would have been better if the inside of the kitchen cabinets had been cleaned a bit more.

Pros: New building in a new residencial area in Belgrade, underground parking, Reception.

Lovely apartment, great location and view. Definitely worth visiting.

Pros: The apartment was cute, really comfortable, good location and despite it facing a busy road it wasnt so noisy, it was quite nice, loved it.

Cons: Some minor things that need repair, wont mention them now. athey are not such a big of a deal but it would be nice if they were fixed.

Pros: Location, kindness of the personnel, flexibility upon arrival, owner availability both on Booking chat and also on Whatsapp.

Cons: Address was not fully clear initially, but was effectively clarified by the owner in no-time.

Pros: Great host! Free parking was very handy. ACs were working fine, which helped us to sustain the heat.

Cons: Windows are facing quite a busy street which was somewhat noisy at night
