Apartment Mina

Pros: Really cute and cozy apartment. The location was great, close to the city center and to the big park. A supermarket next door.

Cons: Maybe the apartment would benefit from a second duvet, the one we had was a bit small for two people

Pros: Very clean apartment. Very kind host, help everything, give all necessary recommendations how to get to apartment. Good location.

Belgrade trip

Pros: Host was very welcoming and made sure I got into apartment dispite my late arrival.

Cons: Having washing machine in toilet was a bit odd but understand it as there's a lack of space.

Pros: Everything great! It has everything you need and truly made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Pros: For those who want nostalgic Soviet-type apartment experience, this is very good accommodation. But the facility is modern, an air conditioner works very well, so it is not Soviet-type, but only seemingly such one. The outer walls have been renovated, but the outer walls on the inner garden side remain in a state of disrepair. This is not an obstacle to living in the house, but it might be better to know beforehand. The lift is of traditional Soviet construction, with a retrofit between two buildings and a crosswalk between the buildings. It is, of course, of the double-door type. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay here.

Cons: A late check-out was initially agreed, but two days before the check-out, Mina, the owner, informed that late check-out was impossible as the next guests would be arriving. This is not a hotel, so it was possible. I should have booked an extra night by myself and considered the extra night as a late check-out fee. I think it is inexpensive enough that this would not be a problem. Nevertheless, I have stayed in a variety of flats, both on Airbnb and booking.com, and this is the first time that a pre-agreed late check-out has been cancelled, which was more than a little confusing. If I was told in advance that it was not blocked, I would have added an extra night beforehand.

Great stay. Totally worth the money

Pros: The place is really nice. It’s an old building with a history, which was renovated. The apartment has everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and did all necessary paperwork for us - we needed бели картон from the police station and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Cons: Everything was great. The only thing, I’m 1.9 meter and there were 2 spots where I had to be careful to not bump the ceiling with my head

Very cosy place

Pros: It’s a very cool apartment with a very pleasant host. You can find everything what you want inside and even use coffee machine. The atmosphere inside is cosy, you can contemplate interior’s things which are plenty amount and enjoy flowers. The location is quite good, near the bus station.

Cons: Wi-Fi connection is not very stable. It’s possible to work but video calls could lag.

Staying at this house was the same feeling as I stayed in my house

Pros: I like everything I see in this house!! What a lovely, stylish , vintage and sweet home to live:)) this house was very very clean, smelling perfect! The host was so friendly and helpful, you can find everything you need in the house, perfect decorations, lovely small but quiet relaxing house, the location was great, very near to airport by a taxi, very closed to downtown… well prepared..

Cons: There is nothing bad to stay!
