Pros: Everything was good. Nice rooms, good location, tasty breakfast, cleanliness.

Cons: Terribly soft beds for me and thin pillows. Otherwise everything ok.

Pros: Very good breakfast and chefs omlettes+coffees were delicious, all hotel and room were very clean, staff was very friendly and kind, the neighbourhood was safe and there were many resturants and caffes at walking distance, tram lines and bus was just a few steps away

Pros: Everything was perfect, the location, the breakfast, the room size and comfort, as well as the helpful staff.

Cons: We were on the fourth floor and there's no elevator.

Cons: Since the room was in the attic, on the top floor, it was difficult to access because of the narrow and very steep stairs.

Pros: The staff is the main treasure there, they were very attentive to our parents, it was very sweet. Thank you so much. All high rating thanks to employees.

Cons: We didn’t know about repairing around the hotel and it was unpleasant surprised. We booked deluxe for 4 people, it’s tiny, definitely for 2 people, not for 4. Two of us moved to another location. There is no elevator, it was also not obvious but girls helped with suite cases. It’s very caring from them, but we felt uncomfortable.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, one nice large duvet and lovely pillows. Breakfast was a treat, and the waiter was a delight. He also helped with our luggage.The receptionist recommended some very good restaurants.

Cons: The stairs were very steep, especially the last flight to our room, which was an issue with our cases as there was no lift. We are able to use the stairs, but older or infirm guests would have struggled.

Comfortable stay in a clean and well appointed room in the old town.

Pros: Great location, sizeable room, decent breakfast and very comfortable sofa in reception - almost good enough to sleep on.

Cons: If you came down to breakfast towards the end of service, the fried eggs had gone hard but to their credit, they did ask if we'd like new ones on the first morning.
