Pros: The room was clean & very comfortable. The hotel is in the city center so almost everything was in walking distance.

Pros: +++ The hotel's location is superb. We've stayed there several times, but this time we were pleasantly surprised when we came to Belgrade for my birthday. We booked a regular room, and the hotel unexpectedly upgraded us to an apartment, where my husband and I had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to the hotel staff for such a sensitive and attentive approach to guests.

Cons: A small drawback is that check-in is very late, starting at 2 p.m. If you have an early check-out, and you're staying for two days, you simply have to wait a long time to check in and take a shower.

Pros: The location in Knez Mihailova street is just amazing. The ladies at the reception are very kind, helpful (and really patient with me) when you ask for information and amenities.

Cons: The entrance at the arrival can be daunting but it's just an illusion.

It was Nice! but not for trolleys and people who cant wallk up the stairs

Pros: The location is great, right on Kneza Mihailova, the bed was comfortable with more pillows. The public parking garage is 3 min away walking. In general for one night the room was small but comfortable :)) it had everything..

Cons: We had trolley for the baby and it was hard reachable. I think the place isnt proper for people with disabilities and for families with trolleys. There is only one really old small elevator, that you can barely fit in (1 person and the trolley). Other person needs to carry the baby (it says 1st floor, but there is so many stairs like going to the 2th floor.) and the elevator doesn’t even take you all the way up. When you step outside the elevator you stiil need to cary your trolley apx 8 stairs to the reception.. And i think that should be in the description so people would be aware of that

Pros: Nice hotel located in an old building with old fashioned lift. Large room with the view of Kneza Mihajlova pedestrian street. Great place to be used as a base for visit to Belgrade. Recommended.

Cons: Location on the main pedestrian street has its downside- noice.

Grate location.good price kind and helpful stuff

Pros: The location is great ! The stuff was very helpful and kind. We booked twin room. King suite and delax suite. The twin room was Amal but good. The king suite was good and big but there was no separation between the bad area to the leaving room area. The deluxe suite was on a bad position and bathroom was terrible. We asked the reception to change our room but they was fully booked. She offered to cancel the reservation with no charge. It was very kind and appreciate

Cons: Old elevator. Deluxe sweet is not recommended
