It was absolutely perfect!
Pros: The location was perfect! The staff were amazing! The rooms were wonderful - beautifully renovated and so comfortable. We also love the complimentary chocolates! I couldn’t fault it!

Wonderful, cosy and central place
Pros: The room was wonderful, very warm though it was -5 outside. They gave us an extra radiator in case the AC is not enough. They cleaned the room everyday even though we did not specifically ask for it. The room, the bathroom and the sheets were very clean. I felt very comfortable. It was very good of sound isolation and the sounds another floors and rooms were not distinguishable at all. Finally, the personel was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. I cannot tell how well the location is, if it is your first time in the city, Old Town is the best place to stay and Republic Square has everything. Hotel's location was very close to the markets, pubs, restaurants and museums. I will like to stay again here, if I am to come again.
Cons: Well, the elevator was quite old as many people have already mentioned in the comments. I have an elevator fobia so I had to take the stairs but 4 floors is fine unless you have too many luggages. The building is old, so I can understand why the elevator is not renovated (in some old buildings it is not allowed to renew). For me it was not a problem to go up and down with the stairs.

Pros: Perfect stay! The location was excellent and very convenient. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean. Everything met our expectations and more. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Cons: If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have smart TVs in the rooms, so guests who do not speak Serbian can easily watch YouTube or Netflix. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights in Belgrade. From the moment we entered, the receptionist warmly and politely welcomed us. Our room, the bed sheets, and the bathroom were all very clean and well organized. I was a bit concerned that it might be cold, but the room was nice and warm. The best part was definitely the location. It was so central that we could walk just a few steps to almost everywhere. There are bars, places to have coffee, breakfast spots, a shopping mall, markets, and Belgrade’s main tourist areas very close by. We were very satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend it. If we visit again, we will certainly choose this place.

Pros: Great location, modern design, super friendly staff. I also really appreciated the birthday gift - a bottle of local wine. It was such a lovely surprise.
Cons: We booked the smallest room, and it turned out to be a little bit too small - next time I would book a bigger one, available at this hotel.

Pros: It was everything really, especially the fact the host enabled us an early check in which meant quite a lot. Location is simply unbeatable and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Did not catch anything that could be improved.

Pros: Our room was perfect and quiet. The position of the suites was unbelievable, right in the middle of the best restaurants plus any tours are easy to access. The staff were very friendly and I highly recommend this accommodation.

At the heart of Belgrade
Pros: Firstly, the location. It puts you at the heart of Belgrade. Despite being next to Republic Square,when sleeping, you dont hear any noise it was lovely. The room is very nicely sized, my luggage and belonging fitted well and it can easily fit 2 people in. The vanity and the lighting were also great, and the shower was well sized. The rooms were cleaned really well daily, and items like tea and water were replenished without ask. I have to say special thanks to the receptionists. From greeting to check out they were lovely. Not only did they help me out to get around, but they also provided information on things to do and see in Belgrade. Including Rakija suggestions. Overall, if I come back to Belgrade again, I will surely stay here.
