Stunningly gorgeous view from the bubble bath!

Pros: The location is amazing and the view is stunning like beautiful! We took a bubble bath in the evening looking at the city view, it was fire!!! The staff were so so friendly and helpful, they brought us everything we needed and it made our anniversary night very special.

Cons: Nothing really. All was great!

Best holiday and suits

Pros: Eden Luxury Suites has great location, amazing view of Belgrade. The staff were really nice and friendly. Me and my husband had the best time there! Everything was excellent! Best regards!

Pros: Location is perfect you can see the whole city and the staff was excellent in our room netflix didn’t work and they gave us new better and bigger suit for free really great experience.

Pros: The staff was super kind and friendly! They were very patient waiting for us, for an extra-late checkin!

A comfortable stay in the centre of Prizren!

Pros: The property is very central and easy to get to. The room was nice, modern and clean making it a very comfortable stay! I would highly recommend staying here!

Cons: if using the stairs: badly maintained common areas, what can leave a bad impression in comparison with the great rooms and warm welcome

Pros: It was a pain taking the stairs all the way to the 8 th floor because the elevator wasn’t working. The stairs were party not lit and made unsecured walking in total darkness. I did however receive a compensation of 20% for the pointed inconvenience.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spotless and well-maintained, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise — a perfect start to the day.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location.

Pros: Rooms are really nice. Aircon works well, the bathrooms are a huge plus point and the shower is fantastic. Bed is comfortable and sizeable - balcony was also a nice touch. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. We were informed in advance of a technical fault with the lift so no issues here. Location is great, 10 min walk from lively areas and good restaraunts.

Cons: The entrance is slightly difficult to find, could do with better directions or signage. I imagine with the lift working there is no need to see the staircase to the reception on Floor 6, however if the lift is a lasting problem, the stairway could do with cleaning and additional lighting.

Pros: Location was great. Road works at time of travel so access by car was restricted. Prior to travel excellent communication from the hotel, honest and helpful.

Cons: No warning of step down in room. Lift under repair at time of travel, but I was notified of that.
