Chiniese hotel with nice rooms

Pros: I have got a nice upgrade for a spacious room! I like the interior and free water in the room

Cons: We have stayed for 5 days - and was the same breakfast selection every day.

A pleasant stay without a sweet taste in the mouth :-)

Pros: This unique hotel, located within the Chinese Culture Center, offers a memorable stay with its cultural charm and modern comforts. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room to relax. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. An added bonus is the free parking garage, which makes staying here even more convenient.

Cons: Breakfast left something to be desired. While there’s a solid variety of Chinese dishes, which is great if that’s your preference, the lack of sweet options was disappointing. There was a nice selection of fruit, but no chocolate (not even Nutella), pancakes... The only jam available was orange. If you have a sweet tooth in the morning like I do, this might be a letdown.

Pros: Awesome location near river, quiet and comfy rooms. Pretty nice breakfast however I would like to see some variety in positions to eat. Very nice and helpful staff. During check out I was given awesome gift.

Cons: Air conditioning in room was not good enough. Couldn't set up desire temperature at all. Poor airing in bathroom.

Hotel looks brand new, it's very comfortable, and is cheaper then nearby Falkenstainer.

Pros: Hotel has a Chinese restaurant - which is a nice change to standard meals that I usually eat in hotels. Waiter was very helpful, and he readily explained every dish we asked for, he suggested we order one soup, because they bring it in a large bowl and it's enough for 3 people, etc.

Cons: Except for the waiter who was very good, rest of the staff at the restaurant was very disorganized. We asked for soup, and two main dishes. One main dish arrived first, then soup, then the second main dish. But food was good, so that helped improve the overall experience.

Cons: Just one restaurant ( which should be equiped with better furniture). No bars and proper loby.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Pros: Customer service was amazing especially from Martina and the other lady with the dark hair on the morning shift. The both of them went above and beyond to make my stay perfect

Cons: Hallways smelt like smoke but it wasn’t terrible it was very mild. I just found it weird especially as they make you sign something to say you will not smoke in the rooms but people are still doing it

Excellent

Pros: Stayed overnight at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, it was really great! EXCELLENT service at the front desk, we got free water in the room, free parking space in the garage, got upgraded (also for free) to a VERY nice and incredibly spacious room, and we received a nice little gift on departure. We have not tried the breakfast, but all other hotel features were amazing value for the money paid.
