Extraordinary

Pros: Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed at in Eastern Europe. Room was very clean and cozy, facilities were well maintained. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Pros: It is a central location. They have enough facilities and more is not needed. I also think the room was clean and u can choose of you want ur room cleaned. If you have a budget, it is perfect! And you get a pretty nice view as well. I also liked the instruction video to get to the hotel, which was quite imformative!

Cons: I can only think of the curtains. be gentle with them as they may fall out of their placement holders. You can pit them back easy. Also, maybe an extra option for soap? But this doesnt impact the score

Pros: The location was superb very close to attractions such as Republic Square and a short walk to the Belgrade fortress. There is a great choice of buses nearby. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the bus stop which serves the airport. Good range of shops, restaurants and coffee bars nearby. There is a rooftop with excellent views over the city. The room was very clean and the wifi worked well for me.

Cons: I arrived at 12.10 (check in is at 2pm) and so I left my bag with reception which is fine. I was very disappointed that my request to use a toilet was refused as 'toilets are for staff use only'. The irony was that my room was next to the reception and ready at 12.10 although I didn't know it was going to be my room at the time. Apparently, this is company policy so I don't blame the staff but the hotel might wish to reconsider their rules especially given some of their guests may be elderly with certain needs. An easy chair would have been nice although space may prevent this.

Pros: My stay here was simply exceptional. The location is ideal, close to Belgrade’s main attractions yet peaceful enough to relax, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. Katarina was absolutely amazing – warm, professional, and always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She made excellent recommendations and ensured every detail of my stay was perfect. This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Belgrade, and thanks to Katarina and the rest of the team, I will definitely return. Highly recommended!
