Great location and super friendly staff

Pros: The location is perfect, it can’t be better! The staff is extremely friendly, from the minute we arrived everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The parking is just next door which is also very practical. We will definitely come back!

Cons: The pillows are too high and too hard. It would be good if at least there would be one lower, softer version.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the location couldnt be better!

Cons: In the evenings there was air conditioning problem. The room was cold but reception said it was working properly but it wasnt. And smoking was forbidden in entire hotel. There could have been a terrace or a room for smoking..

Super comfortable stay in Belgrade

Pros: They upgraded me from standard room to suite. A beautiful gift. Excellent breakfast. Strategic location. Attentive staff. All good. All areas clean.

Cons: I could find only one elevator. Perhaps there are more, but fine. Not many areas to smoke, if you are a smoker. Otherwise all fine.

Pros: The location was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main pedestrian street in the heart of Belgrade, on Knez Mihailova. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options. A big plus is that you can order coffee from the bar, which is much better than the one from the automatic machine in the breakfast area. The staff is extremely polite and always willing to help with anything you need.

Cons: Τhe duvet for a double bed was quite small. Luckily, the weather was still warm, so it wasn’t an issue, but otherwise I would have asked for a larger one or an extra duvet. As for the towels, they weren’t bad, but I think it’s time to replace them with newer and better-quality ones.
