Exceptional in every way

Pros: We stayed with my husband 13-16 of February for the 4th time at this wonderful hotel. When we arrived a surprise was waiting for us as our deluxe double room was upgraded to suite .... Special reference to dear Bratislav the most polite friendly and helpful receptionist ever who remembered us ! Also the lady at the reception who was there when we checked out was extremely polite . Thank you Jump Inn thank you Belgrade for one more time , we are looking forward for our next visit !

Pros: The staff friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is very good near to most of the destinations by walk. The room was clean and specious the bathroom big. Delicious breakfast. Market in front of the hotel helps to cover daily needs.

Cons: Road constructions in front of the hotel, bathroom requirements are limited.
