Pros: Perfect location, amazing staff 💞 We had some problem with the hot water in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately 😄 Rooms are quite big and we didn’t have any issues at all

Pros: The staff at reception were helpful; they gave us a kettle per our request and allowed us to leave the bags after check-out until our departure to the airport. The bed was wide and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the walking distance from many historic places of old Belgrade, and also in the walking distance from Zeleni Venac bus terminal, so it's convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

Cons: The bathroom is quite small in size, although it had everything we needed. We had to wait for 20 mins for check-out because there was no one at reception.

Nice place to stay in Belgrade

Pros: Quiet place, the room was clean. The place is situated in a convenient location, close to all the city attractions, in the heart of the old city. Friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Exceptional value hotel!

Pros: Great value and in a great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly.

Cons: We did have a problem with the AC but the staff very quickly sorted out the problem.

Very nice, clean place, close to the centre.

Pros: It was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, available for every question and need of ours,, and very good hosts. The facility is 5 min walking to the Knez Mihailova street (10min for us, we were with a baby and walked with a stroller).

Cons: Our room had a very little daylight, almost none. The parking was not from the property, one time we were searching for a spot for half an our. We travelled around the Easter holidays and everything was full.

Comfort bed and room. Recommend.

Pros: Located on an alley which is generally quiet day and night (a school is opposite to the hotel, but not much noise in the daytime either), the hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the main bus station. Within walking distance to main shopping areas and many dining options around the area. The room is spacious and comfy. Cleanliness is impeccable. Reception staff is nice.

Cons: On colder days, the heater may not be strong enough. But once all windows closed, that shouldn't be a huge problem.

Pros: Location was good. Easy to access. Comfortable bed. Shower was always hot. Aircon worked great. Felt very safe. Great value for money.

Cons: Bathroom smelled a little for the first day. Very small bathroom- fine for 1 person. But the room could sleep 3 people.
