The best place to stay in New Belgrade!

Pros: Very good hotel – I truly enjoyed my stay. The receptionist at check-in was extremely professional and helpful. Her positive attitude made a great first impression and set the tone for the whole experience.

Cons: Just a minor detail — if the windows were cleaned from the outside, the city view would be even more nice.

Pros: Great hotel with delicious breakfasts and a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned regularly and everything was spotless. The staff were also extremely helpful when my colleagues forgot their belongings in the room — they handled it quickly and kindly.

Cons: The only downside was that I didn’t immediately understand that “Do Not Disturb” is turned on via the electronic panel, so staff knocked/checked in quite insistently a couple of times. Otherwise, everything was great.

Lovely stay!

Pros: Staying at Crowne Plaza Belgrade is always a true pleasure, but this visit was by far the most enjoyable. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with high-quality bathroom amenities and a stunning view over the city, especially the Belgrade Waterfront at night. The breakfast was exceptional – rich, diverse, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, warm, and professional. I look forward to returning soon and sincerely recommend this hotel both for business stays and for those who wish to enjoy shopping and leisure afterwards.

Excellent stay overall, with room for improvements

Pros: The location was perfect for us. The facilities were great, especially the pool and the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay, but there is room for improvement.

Cons: The gym could benefit from some renovations. A few pieces of equipment were not working properly, and the cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Crowne Plaza is an iconic luxury hotel in Belgrade making sure you feel valued, even spoiled.

Pros: Superb hospitality exceeding my expectations. First things first, hotel staff were so welcoming and kind to us from reception to housekeeping, everyone. Glad to choose Crowne Plaza for our anniversary and it was our first time here. Rooms are perfect, spacious, clean having so much attention to details with super comfortable beds, nice view, robust air conditioning. Reception is very responsive event in the middle of the night. There is room service 7/24. Wide range of SPA options having clean, modern facilities with a proper sized, spacious, warm pool. That was a real bonus for us. Breakfast was just right having every kind of need focusing on quality of the goods rather than quantity. Long story short, Crowne Plaza is an iconic luxury hotel in Belgrade and we will be back again.

Cons: Tried hard to find what we didn't like, but there is nothing to mention. We were so satisfied with prior matters during our stay.
