Joy 5 Hotel & SPA

Pros: When we arrived at the first hotel, there was already no electricity due to an external issue beyond the hotel’s control. The staff immediately reacted in a very professional and organized manner and relocated us to another hotel within the same group. The new accommodation was excellent — clean, comfortable, and at a very high standard. The employees were extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout the entire situation, making sure we felt taken care of and relaxed despite the inconvenience. Since our reservation included breakfast, they also arranged for us to have it at a very good nearby restaurant, where we enjoyed a fantastic meal. Overall, their handling of the situation showed true professionalism and care for their guests, and we left with a very positive impression.

Pros: I really loved breakfast, and the river view from my room

Cons: Poor sound insulation between floors and between rooms.

Excellent standard and great value for money

Pros: Hotel was a ‘Joy’ to stay at…very modern and clean throughout. The addition of the spa was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the extended timings meant we could enjoy a lie in the morning . Would recommend

Cons: Was a little difficult to find initially as we arrived at night, walls were quite thin so could hear people in the next room

Nice experience in this floated hotel.

Pros: We had a free upgrade, and we enjoyed the view in the river. We booked the spa and it was all just for us. The bed was comfortable and big. The room had a lot of storage to place your suitcase and other items. The staff was kind and polite.

Cons: It was hard to find the location, and we had to call them. You need to leave the car 350m away and walk to the floated hotel, and that was not very convenient for us. The bathroom had a lot of mold, and the sink was clogged sometimes. The night lamps were broken.

Nice stay on the river.

Pros: Comfy sauna and jacuzzi. Stayed for one night before flying back. Enjoyed the view of the river. They helped me with a taxi in the morning.

Cons: The hotel met all my expectations.

Nice stay

Pros: View on the river was very nice. The design is moder, staff is very polite and professional, rooms are clean but small. Breakfast was good.

Cons: You have to walk from the parking to the hotel around 300 meters which is not nice if it is raining and during the night, however they offer to pick us up with golf cart but we don’t accept because we tough it is closer. Also there vas a strange odor in the bathroom despite being very clean.
