A unique and atmospheric accommodation with a kind and welcoming staff.
Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic – already on the access bridge we knew we had made the right choice by choosing such an adventurous place to stay. We visited in December, and the accommodation was pleasantly warm despite the strong wind when we arrived. The jacuzzi in the room is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after cold walks outdoors. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive; we lost our room key, and they were nothing but understanding and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone – staying on the boat is a truly unique experience.
Cons: we couldn’t stay longer :)

Pleasant stay by the water
Pros: Very friendly staff, lovely terrace on the water, close to the mall and bus station. Parking available with a fee (inside the park). Breakfast a la carte, very good.
Cons: The only downside was that the room moved quite a lot whenever boats passed by or large waves formed. At times it was uncomfortable, especially if you are not used to that sensation. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

Silent/enjoyable riverside hotel in the city center.
Pros: We stayed in a room with Jacuzzi at balcony. Room is spacious and terrace was much better than we expected. Unfortunately it was rainy first night so we couldn't enjoy it. Hotel was much better than we expected, we consider staying in Belgrad for one more night. There is a charging spot where you can charge your car and billed when checking out, price was fair. View was perfect and it was silent at night. We stayed with our small (8kg) dog and he enjoyed the island and balcony as well. We would probably stay again if we go to Belgrad.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. for continental sausages were low quality. I left the half of the plate. My wife didnt enjoy the breakfast as well. I wish they charge more and have better breakfast on that nice riverside terrace. Hotel is located on an island and entry to island is not free. Please consider that if you are coming with car. If you are not coming with car, consider walking distance from island entry to the hotel which is about 15 minutes.

Very comfortable, AMAZING STAFF, but some maintenance would go a long way.its was good overall :)
Pros: Sinisa checked us in and was there for the majority of our stay and he made the stay 10 stars! He was kind, and always available for a helping hand and speaks brilliant English! The staff were very accommodating with food after I was poorly so I really appreciate that. The hot tub is nice and the views are nice. The bed is AMAZING BEST SLEEP EVER.
Cons: Our room was quite ran down. Toilet seat broken, mould on ceiling in bathroom. The bathroom floor gets EXTREMELY wet when taking a shower and the shower barely runs. Anti slip mats would go a long way in the bathroom. And the boats literally dump their rubbish outside which is a big shame for looks and environment. It’s was all just little things so it’s not bad but hopefully Flow will just do some maintenance.

Nice location, but far from the city center
Pros: Nice and modern rooms, and a nice location along the river. The location is top to relax, to go to the beaches or for a walk, run or play. For a visit to Belgrado, you need a car or taxi. If you want to walk, it's a couple of km.
Cons: Cleaning could be better, and jacuzzi was empty. However, this was fixed quickly by filling with fresh (warm) water. You have to pay for the entrance with a car on the island.
