Pros: The staff were all friendly, polite and happy to help. Large Room, nice bathroom and sauna

Cons: Smells of smoke. Hot tub was not available to use. Only seemed to be one Channel on the Tv and no instructions how to use

Perfect for anyone travelling by rail.

Pros: Travelling by train, the hotel was just a short walk from the station, so an excellent location for me. The room was spacious and well furnished. A comfortable bed ensured that I got a really good night’s sleep. The vegan breakfast was very tasty! The staff were all extremely helpful.

Cons: Wanting to do some sightseeing in the older part of town, I had to walk through an area of high rise buildings, building sites and very busy roads. Having said that, it was better for me to be close to the station.

Pros: The room is very big and well equiped. The bed is extremely comfortable + the parking spot right in front of the building. We had a great experience!

Cons: The drain in the shower was clogged.

Pros: You should book this place just to meet Abra. He is an excellent host and consumate gentlemen

Pros: There is nothing like spending time in private jacuzzi on the balcony!! Staff is very welcoming, solved all the small issues that we had at the beginning.

Cons: Sauna didn't seem to heat well. The maximum temperature was only 47-48 degrees. There was no cleaning on Sunday, because the cleaning lady was off this day (??)

Pros: Lovely experience overall. What stood out the most was the amazing staff, they’re truly what makes this place special. Everyone I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. A big thank you to Welco (not sure if I’m spelling that right) at reception+cafe for being so welcoming and professional. Also, shout-out to Boban and the bar/restaurant team- such a great group of people who really made me feel at home. The Swedish breakfast was another highlight- tasty, fresh, and with plenty of options.

Cons: If I had to point out one thing, I’d say the room quality could be a bit better. It was fine, but for a place that gets so much right, the rooms didn’t quite match up in terms of finish or comfort. Still, I’d definitely stay here again - mainly because of the incredible people working here.

Pros: Generally it was nice, staff very friendly, a bit disorganized, but very friendly. Very clean sheets and comfortable bed.

Cons: Corridor smells on kitchen, curtains smelled on dust and there was no shampoo and conditioner.
