B&B Botel Charlie

Good price, kind people, great view, not central but convenient location, could have been cleaner.

Pros: View was priceless, the calm and quiet is unmatched by any city hotel. The location was great, not quite in the city but easily accessible - and right on the route of the airport-city bus. We were able to comfortably communicate in English with the staff and they were incredibly kind and attentive. Our room was easy to warm up with the AC, we didn't use the heater at all. The price was very reasonable too! You can have breakfast by the river and it's so quiet and serene in the morning. They will 100% think you're insane for sitting outdoors in winter and rush with a blanket to put over your legs (the staff was very considerate, like I mentioned). The wifi signal was great everywhere inside the hotel too! Bonus point for the ducks! 🦆

Cons: Our room didn't have a fridge, so we had to use the one in the common kitchen. Our sheets were not changed once during our stay and we were asked whether we wanted the room to be cleaned on day 2 of our 4-day stay, maybe a doorknob note could be left in the rooms to communicate whether the room should be cleaned or not. The wooden steps and bridge to hotel entrance are very dangerous when slippery. I fell twice unfortunately.

Pros: The view from our room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

Pros: It was supercool to stay at this hotel. The accomodation was next to the Belgrade Beer Festival venues, so it was so comfortable to us. We were very satisfied with the staff and the room was so clean! I recommend for everybody and i hope we can book this botel at the next BBF.

In the end, it was a really good staying :)

Pros: Good quiet location right near the big park and by the water, nice staff and pretty good room, clean and cool shower!

Cons: The room was not ready when we came, but we drink really tasty beer while we’re waiting. Then they could not find the key from the room for a while, so we waited little more. It becomes that other guest took the key with him.

Pros: - Wonderful and extremely friendly staff that helped with anything - Clean rooms - Contrary to others' opinion, there were not many insects, and they did not bother us at all - Access to the bar at the Botel is very nice - Breakfast was modest but perfectly sufficient - Nice views

Pros: The location is perfect and botel is even nicer than on the photos. Staff is just great!

A special, peaceful place to stay

Pros: Brilliant location right by the river. We were lucky that the taxi driver dropped us off at the ramp, given the road up to it is pedestrians only! Otherwise it would have been a 5-10 minute walk with a heavy case, which is fine!

Great location and relax zone

Pros: Location was perfect. Staff was very attentive and frinedly. We had really good times here! If you want to chill at the river, choose this place!

Overall a pleasant stay on the river.

Pros: The view from the room of the river was amazing and also the shared terrace, where you can have breakfast or a drink was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Cons: The signposts in front of the accommodation could be improved, to help to find the place. The beds were uncomfortable and very squeaky. There is no parking. There was loud music from some party/ disco until 4am, keeping us awake.
