Pros: Big and comfortable room. Same for the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location next to a big park and Danube river.

Great location and comfortable.

Pros: It's a unique accomodation as it's located inside a mall which still has some shops open. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. Highly recommended. There are a lot of places to eat inside the complex and nearby.

Cons: Just had some trouble finding the reception. Would recommend the host sending some details of how to get there a day before arrival.

Comfortable in overall

Pros: New and clean rooms. Rooms are big. Bed sheets are white and new. Lady on reception was very helpful.

Cons: Not a classic hotel, you enter your room from the mall, because rooms are located in the shopping mall. Also there are no supplies in the room at all, you need to ask for sleepers and dental kit. Even no shampoo and shower gel. They put cheapest liquid soap in the dispenser, so you need to go buy your own shampoo in the supermarket.

Pros: The staff is great always ready to help. They work 24/7. Shower is great, just the way I like it in hotels. Breakfast is great, has a variety of options.

Pros: The location is great for New Belgrade. Parking is in front of hotel. Pleasant staff.

Cons: The only thing is that people can walk in front of your windows. There are curtains so it's not a big problem, just a bit strange.
