High-quality staff, modern, clean, and tidy rooms.
Pros: The staff at the facility were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was wonderful for a first impression. Our room was cleaned every single day without fail. Every little detail had been thought of in the room, and it was truly well-equipped with modern amenities.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable! Everything is as described, and looks as good as in the pictures. There is a multi level parking 5 minutes away from the hotel. Overall the experience was great! I recommend it!

Good, luxury room with nice location
Pros: The room was great, and we could easily have stayed there several times when the renovation is finished or for a better price for longer staying. We stayed for 14 days and during the first few days, we mentioned that there happened to be a hair in one of the new towels. We received an apology and complimentary minibar for the rest of our stay, which we really appreciated. The room were otherwise clean. The location was excellent, on a big street that felt very safe. There was a juice/coffee place, a grocery store, and a bakery nearby, as well as a great selection of restaurants and cafés in the area. The room itself was luxurious and beautiful, just like in the photos! The WiFi was very good and the beds were okay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us in every way possible. I would probably book again, but only at a better price or once the renovation work in the courtyard is finished.
Cons: We did not like the hair in the towel but appreciated the compensation with free minibar. However they don’t seem to have a routine with changing the bedsheets so we had to asked ourselves, and did that every 2 days. We had hoped that they would to that automatically every 1-3 days but they did not after 4 days and that’s when we started to ask. That was not the best for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, it was also quite noisy late every evening because of a nearby club/bar, which was a bit tiring but we still fell a sleep. However, the worst part was waking up early every morning due to renovation work in the building with constant hammering and construction noise, which really affected our experience. We couldn’t sleep in and relax as we had hoped during our vacation, especially since we had specifically requested a quiet room beforehand.

Pros: Location of hotel is good. From outside otels building is not very goog but inside is clean and very modern. Room is really big and comfortable.

Wonderful and Clean
Pros: We stayed in the deluxe room and were very happy with our stay. The room was new and clean and the AC was great. The bathing room floors were also heated which was lovely. The front desk staff were also very kind and helped us with booking a car to get to the airport and shared information on the areas to visit.
Cons: There weren't any hooks in the bathroom for towels, clothes or to hang a toiletries bag.
