Pros: The apartment is wonderful and very close to the city center. The owners are extremely kind 🙂

Pros: Nice spacious apartments in the central part. Great view from the balcony. The property owner was always available and ready to answer any questions.

Pros: No breakfast available. I liked its location: proximity to the city center and closeness to restaurants and a small supermarket, but unfortunately lacked some of the basics like coffee jars, non fat dairy products...

Cons: They could provide tissues. I had to ask for toilet paper rather than supplied on a regular basis. They do not clean the rooms unless you stay a minimum of a week. When the cleaning lady was sent after they had to fix the AC, she only cleaned the bath room floor and floor under the AC. Why not do the who apartment?

Pros: I only stayed one night in the apartment, but it's perfect for longer stays. It's a large, modern apartment in a great location; everything was perfect. I recommend it, and if I can, I'll definitely return.

Pros: Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the photos. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, but not so quiet. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent, clean, value for money, modern apartment in city centre

Pros: - Great central location in Belgrade - clean modern building - large comfortable apartment - Two TVs

Cons: - was told on arrival it was cash payment and not card, this wasn’t specified on the booking - hot water in the shower stopped, so had to have a cold shower

Rooms needs some work but great location

Pros: Walking distance to city centre, cafes and restaurants very close, location on point

Cons: No clothes airer as stated in description and dryer doesn’t dry clothes properly, bench top ironing board, no floor cleaning items, couldn’t use the air conditioner as it made a swimming pool in the hallway near the bedroom and water damage to door frame and ceiling in bedroom, shower screen door doesn’t close properly.

Good position and very supportive host

Pros: The host has got some issues with the apartment we booked and has proposed another one, that was even more central and finally very OK. A bit of confusion at the beginning, also due to lack on Internet on our phones in Serbia, but eventually everything went fine and we have appreciated the effort of the host to resolve quickly the situation Very good the setup with the garage suggested, as parking is one typical problem in the center of Belgrade

Cons: The host (or better a 3rd different person) has called us to propose even a 3rd apartment after we have agreed to move to the 2nd one, that was not appreciated by us considering we had parked already in a specific garage, we were in the road with kids, etc. Anyway, eventually everything was fine
