Wonderful

Pros: Our hotel experience was really nice. The employees were very caring and friendly. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Transportation is also very simple. The bus stop departing from the front of the hotel goes directly to all important locations in Belgrade. The breakfast of the hotel was also quite good. There were too many options. There are many options for tourists who do not consume pork. The message we wrote to the hotel before the reservation was taken into account and the room was meticulously cleaned every day. I was very pleased. If I come to Belgrade again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. The price is also very compatible with its performance.

Pros: Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is very convenient, close to main attractions and transport. Very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros: great breakfast good connection with city centre bookable underground parking good wifi

Cons: there were a few problems when we received the first room which had a faulty window, and the heat didn't start beacuse of this, the hotel was full and we were tired and it was an extra 30 minutes of waiting gor the mechanic and moving to another room, but the ladies at the reception were very professional even though i wasn't very happy about the situation the hotel should use some improvements especially on carpets but overall the quality price factor is correct

Pros: We came with our car . Just in front of the hotel our tire is blowed . The staff helped us enormously. They called the tire service and they were very helpful. In addition it was my birthday, they even brought a birthday cake in our room. They were very kind! Thanks to hotel’s reception staff.
