Good

Pros: The room was clean and nice. The checkin process (self checkin, due to the arrival hour) very easy, based on the instructions received as message. The room has the things that you need, the bed was very confortable. There is a parking place in front of the entrance, maybe a little too small for the entire capacity, but I saw that people were blocking eachother and everybody had enough space. The lady from reception was very nice, she answered all our questions and help us with the small misunderstanding that we had for the breakfast.

Cons: At the entrance, you could feel the cigar smoke in the air. This was more proeminent for me, since I am not a smoker. For breakfast, you have to go to a nearby place, where you'll get a couple of pre-defined options that you could chose from (eggs, tomato, cheese, some sausages, a coffee, some juice and some water). I feel that the price for the breakfast was a little high, even if the food was delicious. Even so, I won't change the final grade that I give for the property.

Pros: Location is pretty good, rooms are clean and comfy

Pros: I arrived late, and the check-in was contactless, convenient and fast. The room itself was modern and clean. Parking is available in front of the house, although free spaces are limited. Overall, a pleasant experience, I can definitely recommend staying here

Cons: The breakfast was served in a small cafe in the building next to the hotel, and at first it was unclear how to get there. The breakfast itself could be more varied but that is just a small recommendation

Our stay was perfect, the location it’s not very close to the downtown, but the transport was ok

Pros: The size of the room, super warm, the cleanliness, the comfortable bathroom, the shower, the staff, the lovey place to take the breakfast

Comfortable and clean.

Pros: Everything. The location was close to everything, it was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. If we visit Belgrade, we will sleep here again.

Beautiful stay

Pros: Our stay in Olivia Rooms was beautiful. The housekeeping team was very attentive and we wanna thank all the ladies there :) The location was very helpful as most of the public buses passed through there.Also,the room was very warm and the wi-fi was very fast.

Cons: The room category didn’t match our expectations.The pillows didn’t feel comfortable,as they were flat.Some details need to be fixed.

Pros: The room and bathroom was clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It is a great place to be in Belgrade for a short visit. We were very happy with the stay and would gladly use Olivia Rooms again.

Cons: The room lighting was a bit on the dark side and, because the hotel was full, we could only have 1 key card for 2 guests. However, the staff said they would try to accommodate us if one became available which was appreciated.

Pros: The interior is very cozy. There is a bus station nearby. A grocery shop and a pharmacy are in the adjacent building

Cons: The location and the view from the window are not very pretty. The receptionist is not always available.

Pros: Location. Private parking. Spacious and modern room with all necessary amenities , very comfortable beds. Wonderful bathroom!

Cons: There is nothing missing.
