Truly a fantastic stay

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s a cosy and spotless hotel, perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The spa was a great bonus, and the highlight was the delicious breakfast — a wide variety of freshly prepared options.

Cons: Possibly understaffed in the evening, our receptionist was alone with some rowdy russian customers who ate her dinner ( thought it was funny) - brought her to tears.

Pros: Nice rooms and delicious breakfast. Central location closed to the main pedestrian shopping street and lots of restaurants and bars.

Cons: Some members of the staff are very polite but other ones need some training. There is a general scent of cigarette coved by air freshener sprays.

Great location, amazing rooms.

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring the old town, shopping street and fortress. Huge rooms, very clean and comfortable. The Hamam was amazing and very relaxing. Good selection for breakfast.

Cons: Like much of the Balkans, the common areas smelt of smoke, but not the hotel rooms.

Cons: There wasn't any information that parking is not included in the apartment price. It was an extra cost of 10 euro for each day, I think it should be mentioned.

Cons: The bed. 1) Under sheet in the bed made it uncomfortable to sleep on and too hot. 2) the duvet was synthetic and too hot. 3) no sheet alternative
