Pros: Perfect location in the centre! Comfortable room! Professional and welcoming receptionist service from Nemanja! Definitely recommend!

Excellent stay.

Pros: The hotel’s location was very central, close to public transport and major attractions.The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, and we didn’t feel that anything was missing.It should be noted that the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful with anything we asked for.

Cons: Nothing — everything was perfect.

Third stay, and not the last

Pros: This was my third stay at the Opera Hotel, so I was very familiar with all it has to offer. Great staff that makes you feel looked very well after. Breakfast is a real treat, and the location is perfect

Pros: i loved the location and the night shift's helpfulness, the room was clean and comfortable, lighting in the room was very good, mini-fridge well stocked (did not use, but liked the contents), breakfast very good

Cons: the building's facade is currently covered with canvas and scaffolding, direct access from the road curb blocked by a fence - it was difficult to drag 2 heavy suitcases along and across the road at night. My room's window opened into an internal court with bar tables, buckets and supplies, it was quiet, being winter, i only heard the people walking past. The twin beds moved together do a good job as a king bed as the room was booked for one person, but two small separate blankets instead of one big blanket were not so comfortable

Pros: The staff was quite friendly and the location is in a central location. Breakfast is quite good for such a 40 rooms hotel everyday different kind of breakfast which makes it nice. Our room had a tv with many channels even history and natgeo wild. Near the knaz mihailova, near to stores and staff There is cold and hot water and the sraff can help you to choose good restaurants in a main restaurant road which is again 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Cons: 1) The bed was not so comfortable. 2) No elevator on the entrance so as a family with a child and stroller we had some difficulties for accessing the building. 3) the heating was 24 stable which we had to turn off because we could not lower it to 20 4) a little bit old cleaning could be much better 5) no place for taxi to approach if you have luggage but this is happening all across belgrade
