Welcoming staff, great location, and a clean room.

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The hotel has an excellent location—close to everything and easy to get around. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: The hotel has a very convenient location and the rooms were clean. Especially Jovand and Jelena were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive — we would like to thank them sincerely. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Cons: However, the fact that no complimentary water was provided in the room and that water was sold in the minibar was a negative point and could be improved.

Amazing staff and location!!!!

Pros: We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The staff is probably the most friendly and helpful i have met in all of my trips till now. Congratulations to all of the team of the hotel and especially the reception. The rooms were new spotless clean. The location is excellent walking distance to everything you might want to visit.
