Pros: Beautiful hotel with a stylish design and perfect location in the heart of Belgrade. The lobby bar is the best in the city — amazing atmosphere and great drinks. The food is outstanding, and the staff are truly exceptional — professional, kind, and always ready to help. Definitely the best hotel experience in Belgrade!

Very beautiful design hotel in the city center of Belgrade

Pros: Splendid design hotel perfectly located in the city center. Beautiful lobby/bar, superb room and bathroom (the shower is amazing). Very confortable bed. Excellent breakfast (food, staff and setting). Smoking in the lobby is permitted (like in all restaurants in the city). A detail : the hotel corridors to the rooms are very well designed.

Cons: Temperature in the room was very very warm (due to exterior temperature higher than usual for the season). Our room had only one widow, while most of the others have two (which may solve the temperature issue) and bring more light to the room. Room and japanese restaurant are pricy for Serbia. Many switches for the lights, which may be confusing. Smoking in the lobby is permitted (like in all restaurants in the city).

A stylish and recommendable top five-star city hotel in Belgrade

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is a fantastic city hotel in the center of Belgrade. We really liked the style — lots of wood with a touch of fifties–sixties design. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also noticed that the hotel is in good condition. The maintenance works well. A wonderful and surprising highlight was the pool area. I also had an excellent massage — the masseur was Goran. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Pros: The Staff are superb, location is great and the food is excellent

Cons: nothing really stands out to complain about other than not being able to dine at the roof top restaurant because it was booked for a private function, because it's so good

Pros: Location great, hospitality is wonderfull, room are big, clean,with all needed facilities, great SPA, delicious breakfast, every person in the hotel staff is very kind and want to assist, when to mention especially Peter at the reception desk. Great value for money

Pros: Amazing food, comfortable bed, very accommodating staff. They also have sauna, pool and gym - good break from a busy workweek we had in Belgrade

Cons: Language barriers with a few of the staff. This is understandable, the problem is how they handled the situation. It was like they ignored or snubbed me and I was standing there not knowing what to do because I was sure they heard me. It took a while for me to realize that they either are not fluent or dont speak English. Note however that most of the staff can speak english. I only happened to have encounter with two who are not quite fluent on my first day - electrician and cleaner. Im sure they didnt mean to make me feel snubbed.
