The hotel is beautiful and elegant, but what truly makes the experience special is the staff – incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful. Friendly Staff and Outstanding, Accommodating Service

Pros: The Prezident Palace is an excellent place to stay in Belgrade. The staff (Aleksandra, Srdjan etc.) are incredibly helpful, accommodating and speak English very well. The spa facilities are very premium. Highly recommend staying and will return on our next visit.

Pros: A quiet small hotel. New, modern & Clean. Very helpful and nice staff. Positive atmosphere. Close to the old city. I used the gym. My friend had a massage. All very positive.
