Splendid

Pros: Everything was surprisingly nice and even better than I’d imagined from the booking site. We rent a two bedroom apartment and it was plenty of space for five persons. Peaceful and calm, no disturbing traffic or noise. We really enjoyed to “be at home” in this apartment. One of us had to participate in videoconferences a few times and the WiFi worked well. The personal was welcoming, so helpful and friendly, the price was really nice. So was the breakfast that we could make a reservation for the day before and sit down and start on time in a cozy small restaurant. Large portions that really helped to make a good start on the day. We’d love to go back.

Cons: I can’t find anything negative to write.

We highly recommend this hotel

Pros: The hotel met our expectations. The staff was very kind and responsive, always reacting promptly to our requests.

Cons: The only downside was that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant during breakfast, even in the non-smoking area. However, this seems to be a general issue in Serbia rather than a problem specific to the hotel.

Pros: Location is nice, room is fresh and clear, personal is nice and helpful. For improvement: some breakfast positions are great, some are small (both are well cooked), I'd propose to make an additional menu with photoes (for reception only), because just by a list with not very usual positions (at least for tourists), it's not very obvious, what you would finally get. We have lost a bracelet in specific place of the room and couldn't reach it. We have checked out without it and personal managed to extract it and helped to send it with DHL (that eventually took a lot of efforts). Thanks for it again
