Lovely, clean room in an amazing location

Pros: Excellent location! The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cons: Room was a bit small but that was expected and we we comfortable during our 3 day trip!

Pros: This is my second stay here, and I'm very pleased. The owners are especially friendly and attentive. They always resolve any issues I have.

Cons: The room is just too small, and I had trouble opening my suitcase.

Pros: The location is excellent. However, during my stay there was construction right across the street and my room was facing it, which made it a bit noisy. Jovana was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful before my trip, throughout my stay, and even upon my departure — many thanks to her again! As mentioned, these are mini suites; I booked the queen deluxe, but the rooms are indeed very small and not really suitable for two people. There was a coffee machine in the room, and a complimentary water dispenser available at the reception. Overall, despite the noise and the room size, I was satisfied with my stay.

Very kind staff, good location and property!

Pros: Very good and kind staff. The room is small, but this is clearly stated on the booking, so there are no surprises. The staff was always willing to assist and readily available. They genuinely care about their customers, which makes all the difference during your stay. The property also has the best location—just step outside, and you’re right in the heart of the city centre.

Pros: Well situated and convenient to travel to other locations. I appreciated the clear communication and possibilities to arrive late (after midnight) and leave early. High quality/comfort-price ratio.

Cozy escapade in belgead

Pros: Location was awesome near lots of touristic places and easy to reach with public transport room was clean check in and out is easy

Cons: Mini room is mini literally there wasnt any space to open large suitcase you might need to upgrade room, by dec 24 there is a reconstricton of a building in front of hotel they provide earplug but might annoying for someone regarding morning sleep
