Pros: The owner is very helpful. She answered every question we asked quickly and without hesitation. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, and they help with parking. I will definitely stay here again when I come back because it's so close to the center, and we were very pleased.

Cons: There is a capsule coffee machine in the room but no kettle. There is a shared kettle at the reception, you can use it but it is a bit chalky.

Pros: We liked that it was so close to centre of Beograd. Although there is construction going on directly across the road we couldn’t hear the noise . The decor was modern and if you like a very firm mattress youll like this place

Cons: The rooms are quite small . We had alot of luggage so we never unpacked any of our things for the 5 days we were there . The shower heads werent working very well and the drainage was shocking . I kept pulling out long black hairs from the shower drain . I have short blonde hair and hubby has no hair so we know it wasnt from us . To their credit we had a maintenance guy replace the shower heads which was lovely.

Pros: Location was great, a bit of building site around the hotel but that's not the hotel's fault. we did enjoy the hotel/stay very much

Cons: it is very close to bars/pubs so despite triple glazing you can still hear a bit of noise. it depends how sensitive you are - didn't bother us or our kids too much though.

Pros: Superb location just next to the main shopping street (Knez Mihajlova) and the Kalemegdan fortress. The room really nicely decorated, very clean as well. The family of 4 not a problem as the sofa accomodates two kids easily. The parking in the garage is a welcome add-on.

Pros: The hotel's location was particularly excellent. The room (a Family Suite) was much more comfortable, clean, and convenient than we expected. The hotel staff were also very friendly and attentive, and they kept in touch from the moment the reservation was confirmed. We were very pleased, and we thank them for that.

Pros: The suite was comfortable. The sitting room would have been a bit small for two people, but it was fine for me. The bedroom and the bathroom were both excellent. On the whole an excellent price/quality ratio.

Cons: I have only 2 minor negative points. The first is that the address of the property is on a side street, not on the main road. Apparently this is communicated to people, but it wasn't made clear to me. Secondly, there is a construction site across the street from the property. No issues at night, but there was a lot of noise during the day and a lot of construction workers/machines/mud etc right by the property.
