Pros: It is at great location in the heart of the old town Belgrade. The room was spotless, with a great comfortable bed. The host was brilliant, helpful, and very friendly. I could park my car nearby. Definitely recommending it.

Comfortable nice place in the heart of Belgrade

Pros: Iva Old Town is a cozy new place with all the comfort that you need. The room is spacious, cool and very clean. A special mention to the staff: always helpful, kind and efficient, he makes sure that everything is perfect. The location is quite, in a residential area, at the first glance looks not so safe at night, but finally there are no problems. The neighborhood is great with a a lot of nice cafe and restaurant. Highly recommended

Pros: It was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Belgrade. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need (fridge, fan, bathrobe, iron, dishes). The owner is very kind and speaks several languages, which makes communication easy and pleasant. There is also private parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is no breakfast option, but honestly, we didn’t miss it at all, the hotel is close to the city center (just a 5-10 minute walk), where you can find plenty of great places to eat at very reasonable prices. If I visit Belgrade again, I already know the perfect place to stay.

The service was outstanding — both the reception staff and the cleaning personnel were 100% friendly and professional. The room was clean and located close to the city center (a 10-minute walk to the main pedestrian street).

Pros: Well equipped and clean room. Walking distance from main sites in Belgrade. The room was very clean with amenities provided for a short stay. Besides, there is parking available (for a minor cost), which is a plus for Belgrade and the neighborhood.
