Hotel Royal Inn

Location, facilities and staff, spotless. Coffee toxic!

Pros: Firstly, it’s in the heart of the city and it makes a city visit a blast! Located in Dorcol you can reach any location in walking distance. The staff was super friendly, professional and fast, Jelena helped me to organize the evening program and where to buy a good present for my friends at short notice. Such employees make the real difference, can’t thank her enough. Breakfast was a delight too.

Cons: There is just two things I did not like: The coffee machine in the breakfast area prepares the worst coffee on the planet, not sure how this is possible so bad! The second topic I did not like is, that I only have one night in Belgrade, would love to stay for the whole weekend! But please, change the coffee!

Belgrade

Pros: Staff were really friendly, breakfast was very good and location was perfect

Cons: Only problem was that the room was 24 degrees and there was no option to cool the room, apart from opening the windows, which meant noise from outside was unbearable. Apart from that, the hotel and staff were faultless

Spacious, Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice extras like snacks and small amenities. Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient.

Cons: There is no special thing that I did not like about the property.

Pros: The location and the clean room. The breakfast was exceptional. :)

Cons: The parking wasn't included in the price. Moreover, there was not enough hot water, especially in the evening.

Friendly staff, spacious room

Pros: Good location and the staff was very helpful and considerate.

Cons: The room was too warm and the shower water was cold.

Pros: We (two adults and a child) stayed at the hotel for five days. It's conveniently located in the old town, near several supermarkets and cafes. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient. All services are consistent with a four-star standard. The buffet breakfast was delicious, but over five days, it felt a bit repetitive. The room was a bit cramped, but that's because we had a folding bed for the child. It might be a bit pricey, but this is for us. Otherwise, it's a good hotel, and I recommend it.

Cons: The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the Wi-Fi, which was intermittent.

Pros: staff is friendly and supportive, they helped us to change room cuz the previous one was above the hotel entrance and we suffered from cigarettes smell; room size was also nice and refreshment (nuts and water) is highly appreciated

Cons: breakfast, sometimes absence of hot water in the evenings (it's boiler system, sometimes water just warm a bit, far away from hot)

Very good stay and experience here and I would look to book again if I ever return to Belgrade.

Cons: It’s near the cool area of the old city. Lots of good️ restaurants and bars.
