Pros: An unforgettable stay! I had a long stay at Mona Plaza Belgrade, and from the very first moment until the day I left, the staff treated me with exceptional care, kindness, and respect. They upgraded my room to a larger one, helped me with everything I needed, and truly made me feel like a king — as if I were the only guest in the hotel. Everything was perfect: the room, the cleanliness, the service, the staff, even the housekeeping. I honestly don’t have a single negative word to say. To top it all off, they surprised me with a small gift at the end of my stay. Thank you for an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location. Strong center. I no need to use my car. It was parked in the hotel garage 3 day. I am walking no more than 10min to everywhere in the center, Knez Mihajlova, greek qeen...excellent location.

Cons: I didnt like that I did not have enough time to stay more.

Pros: We've stayed at Mona Plaza several times and always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable; the breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We truly enjoy coming back every time! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Safe for solo female travelers.

Pros: It is new, very clean and comfortable rooms. The toiletries are very high quality. Room was also very spacious. The location is very good, it’s only 10-15 minutes walking to the centre (although uphill). Breakfast was also really nice, with lots of options. The staff went above and beyond, and what is most important for me as a sollo female traveler, I felt very safe. I would recommend the stay every day. I have stayed in 5 star resorts before, but this one blew my mind even though it is officially 4 stars.
